Clare County Clerk Pam Mayfield was at the Farwell Village meeting Monday urging board members to encourage community members to vote in the upcoming November election. “It is really important this year,” she said. “There are more proposals on the ballot than I can ever remember: six for the state and one a local proposal.”
She provided information about the ballot issues and said anyone can go to www.clareco.net for more election information.
