Are you a little concerned or just concerned? If you would attend the meetings that are open to the public, no formal notice needed, you could follow the agenda. No special treatment needed, you can attend and present any ideas w/out special invite.

I understand they are kicking around making certain streets one-ways. It would be nice to have been notified of the meeting that took place, especially for the citizens who would be directly effected by the proposed traffic changes on adjacent streets. You would think formal notice of the meeting would be sent if something is being discussed which would directly effect citizens in the area.
