FACT my brother committed no crime and was at his residence, what part of that does anyone with common sense not understand?? My brother committed NO crime and they had no right to come to his home. FACT they kicked in his door and gunned him down. FACT the fatal bullet was shot as my brother was down on the ground. FACT eye witnesses saw a hatchet alright being placed next to my brothers dying body. When you leave out all those FACTS it sounds pretty cut and dry, doesn’t it?
