Lady Hornets can’t keep up with Beaverton, 40-22

The Harrison Lady Hornets fell to host Beaverton on Thursday, Jan. 17, 40-22 in Jack Pine Conference play.
Beaverton got off to a 15-4 lead after the first quarter and led 22-11 at the half after both teams netted seven points in the second.
The Lady Beavers increased their lead to 26-13 after a low scoring third quarter, and put the game away with a 14-9 edge in the fourth.
Brooke Colville led Harrison with seven points, Allison Lipovsky scored six points and had four rebounds while Olivia Sharp had four points and two rebounds. Erica Heckman had one point and four assists.
Harrison (4-7 overall, 2-5 JPC) played at Roscommon on Friday and host Clare on Tuesday.
