A Call leads to arrest for Breaking and Entering
On 7-27-13 at approximately 10 pm Clare County Central Dispatch received a call of a suspicious situation / possibly a breaking at entering at a home on Pointview Drive in Hayes Township. Authorities were advised by the homeowner that nobody was supposed to be in the residence. Upon arrival Deputies found a 37 year old male from Lake, a 57 year old male from Harrison, and a 29 year old female from Harrison inside the home. The three had entered the home illegally, were arrested, and lodged in the Clare County Jail.
On 7-29-13 the following were arraigned in 80th District Court by Magistrate Karen Willing.
Corey Lane, age 37 of Lake, was arraigned on Illegal Entry, had a bond set at $1000 10%, and remains lodged in the Clare County Jail also pending a parole detainer violation.
David Lackey, age 57 of Harrison, was arraigned on Illegal Entry, had a bond set at $1500 10%, and has since posted bond and been released from jail.
Amanda Demille, age 29 of Harrison, was arraigned on Illegal Entry, had a bond set at $1,000 10%, but remains lodged in the Clare County Jail on Probation Violation charges.
