Kenneth Arthur Hall

Kenneth Arthur Hall-age 88 of Surrey Township passed away on December 3, 2009 after a long illness.

He was born on March 4, 1921 in Detroit, the son of Arthur and Marie (Kaczynski) Hall. He married Dorothy Hoydic on November 7, 1942 in Napoleon, Ohio.  He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII with the 71st Infantry Division and organized the 71st Infantry Division Assoc. He worked as a Tool and Die maker for Holley Carburetor of Clare until his retirement. He was a member of the Clare VFW Post # 5738 and served as a former Post Commander. Kenneth enjoyed the camaraderie of his fellow servicemen until he became ill. 

Kenneth leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Dorothy; two sons, Thomas Hall of San Francisco, CA, and Douglas Hall of Grand Rapids; four grand-daughters, Tina and husband Allen Derusha of Grand Rapids, Rachelle and husband Jonathon Zorne of Bangor, CA, Alma Hall of Cloverdale, CA, and Morgan Hall of Coopersville, MI.
