On January 30 2010 at approximately 12:22 am Clare County Central Dispatch received a call of shots being fired at a residence on S Lake Station Ave near Maple Grove Rd in Garfield Township. Clare County Sheriffs Deputies responded to the are. Witnesses to the incident were able to disarm the subject prior to deputies arrival. Responding deputies arrived on scene and took a 27 year old male into custody. The male is being held at the Clare County Jail pending charges. No one was injured in the incident however there was property damage. Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has authorized for Home Invasion 1^st Degree, Discharging a Firearm in a Building, and Possession of a Firearm under the Influence
