In celebration of MMCC’s 50th Anniversary, the college will give away 50 credit hours of paid tuition at its annual Fall Festival & BBQ on September 20th. Each $5 ticket to the festival is also a raffle ticket, the grand prize of which is the paid tuition. The 50 credits are transferable and can be used any time within the next ten years, and has a present-day value between $5,000 and $10,000.

Other prizes will be raffled as well, including a large-screen TV, four golf packages to Sugar Springs, and a number of gift cards to Family Fare Supermarkets. Winners do not need to be present at the festival to claim their prizes.

This year, tickets can be purchased online at, which allows non-local individuals to conveniently make a purchase. All proceeds from MMCC’s Fall Festival & BBQ directly support student scholarships.

Good food and family activities will be underway from noon until 4:00PM. Event tickets provide attendees a pork BBQ meal, complete with baked beans, corn on the cob, and desserts.

The Harrison campus will transform into a festival atmosphere with fun children’s games and inflatables, fishing in a trout pond, homemade ice cream, cotton candy, popcorn, and live onstage entertainment.

As part of the day’s festivities, MMCC will host a car, truck and motorcycle show, filling the front lawn with classic vehicles. Additionally, Imperial Wrestling Entertainment will join the festival for the 2nd year. Plan to enjoy this family-friendly, choreographed wrestling action.
