The Clare County Arts Council presents Cindy Mussell of Clare, MI showing photography at Isabella bank in Clare through the month of October. Cindy is a horse lover and when she got her first pony at age 12 she got involved with 4-H taking trail rides with her friends. She gained an understanding of these magnificent animals experiencing different kinds of riding including fox hunting, polo, dressage, show jumping and pleasure riding, She received her first 35mm SLR camera for high school graduation and for the first time was able to capture her passion on film. Cindy believes her life experiences with horses have allowed her to anticipate and capture these moments with viewers so they too feel the power of the horse through photography. Her latest display depicts images from a working ranch in Montana, the OW Ranch in Decker, Montana which is also a National Historical Landmark.
Don’t miss this wonderful display of ranch life through the eyes of the camera by Cindy Mussell.
The Isabella bank is located on the corner of 5th St. and McEwan across from Cops and Doughnuts in downtown Clare.
