MidMichigan Medical Center in Midland is one of only a few medical centers in Michigan that has established an art gallery that showcases artists on a regular basis for month-long exhibits. The Healing Arts Gallery was constructed through the generosity of donor funds. The Gallery provides a way for visitors , patients and families to reduce stress and anxiety often associated with health care settings. It also offers a restful and comforting environment that assists the healing process. A Healing Arts Gallery is also located at MidMichigan Health Park–Mt. Pleasant.
