Great Veteran’s poems

Dear Editor,

As a Veteran, I would like to thank Rose Warren for sending those great Veteran poems to the Clare County Review.

As a concerned citizen, I would like to thank Vince Eaton, formerly of Clare, but now in Phoenix, Arizona, for his facts about Michigan and it used to be the automobile capitol of the world, also printed in the Clare County Review. Yes, many jobs have left Michigan with the businesses due to high taxes, high entitlement costs, corrupt labor unions, and also because of government regulations, both federal and state. Also the fact that the Democratic party has been taken over by the Democratic Socialists of America (known as the DSA), and they brag about how they did it on their website ( It has a lot to do with the problems we now face.

Our U.S. Constitution means nothing to the members of the DSA. The people’s individual rights have been stripped from them. They are now called privileges, and if you are obedient citizens, you may exercise those privileges, just pay their fees and abide by the required rules.

If you think things are bad now, just wait another 5 to 10 years. If you think our founding fathers created a Democracy type of government, you are wrong, it is a Republic form of government. A Democracy is the constant turmoil we are experiencing now, and things will only get worse until the American people start making governments abide by the Constitution which our founding fathers carefully drafted.

Thanks Mr. Hamilton for your kind word.
Sir, as you stated, The DSA folks have stolen our Constitutional Republic away.
Its a crying shame what those types have done to our great country.
Keep fighting the good fight and God bless.

    Sincerely Vince Eaton
