Thousands of spectators from all across the state of Michigan gathered in Harrison last weekend for the 29th Annual 20 Lakes Antique Engine and Tractor Show.
Mother Nature provided three beautiful, sun-filled days for the event that ran from Thursday, June 20 until Saturday, the 22nd.
Antique tractor parades, old hit-and-miss engines, flea market vendors and live entertainment were just some of the highlights of this year’s show.
Saturday’s children’s events included a 4-H petting zoo, a variety of games and crafts, as well as a Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull competition.
And, of course, one of the largest attractions of all was the 20 Lakes Dairy Barn, serving their homemade vanilla ice cream churned by an old John Deere hit-and-miss engine.
The 20 Lakes Antique Engine and Tractor Show is held the third weekend of June annually. The club also hosts an annual Swap Meet event in the fall. This year’s Swap Meet is scheduled for October 3, 4, & 5.
