Three Harrison men, Adam Lewis, 29, Edward Lewis, 54, and Brian Frederick, 35, have been charged with breaking and entering and larceny in connection with the robbery of a pole barn on East Forest Road.
Monday Deputies responding to the report of a suspicious vehicle parked near Big C’s Corner Store (formerly Heintz’s Trading Post) stopped and searched the vehicle discovering stolen property in the vehicle that was taken from a pole barn near 4000 East Forrest Road.
The three men in the vehicle were arrested at lodged at the Clare County Jail.
They were arraigned Tuesday in 80th District Court by Magistrate Karen Willing.  All three were charged with breaking and entering a building with intent; conspiracy to enter a building with intent; larceny in a building and conspiracy to commit larceny in a building. Adam Lewis’s bond was set at $2,500/10 percent; Edward Lewis’s bond was set at $3,500/10 percent and Frederick’s bond was set at $5,000/10 percent.
All three men posted bond and were released from jail.
