Construction will take place in two (2) phases.

Phase II work will require closing Clare Avenue to through traffic from just north of Mannsiding Road to just south of Gladwin Road (M-61).  This phase is scheduled to begin May 6, 2013 and should be completed and open to traffic by August 16, 2013.  Mid Michigan Community College and Clare/Gladwin RESD students and staff will have access to facilities from the Mannsiding Road entrance during Phase II.
