The winner will be announced on October 5th during halftime at the homecoming game. In order for the individual to become King/Queen, they must receive the most votes from students of who vote .

Despite who wins, the members of Homecoming Court should be glad the other students gave them this opportunity and enjoy themselves during this experience. Even when the member of court becomes King/Queen, it doesn’t make him/her any different between every other student. Students should still be respectful towards one another and move on with life.

During the week of Homecoming members of Homecoming Court will be rehearsing the walk during half time and the assembly taking place on October 5th. The members will also have pictures taken and be in the Homecoming Parade which starts at 2:15 on October 5th. The members are given a questionnaire that will need to be filled out and it will be read during the assembly and the halftime show. Questions will be centered around this year’s theme which is superheros/villains. Other questions will be about the members themselves such as who they couldn’t live without or who inspired them to be who they are.

The assembly itself will display student artwork of the their favorite superhero/villain.
