Farwell dropped its non-conference game in Vestaburg on Tuesday night, falling 50-40.
The Wolverines led 10-7 after the first quarter but Farwell came back to lead 24-19 by the half. Vestaburg bounced back to lead 35-34 entering the fourth, where the Eagles were outscored 15-6.
Individual stats were not available at press time.
On Saturday, Farwell topped Coleman, 50-44 at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
“Palace was a cool experience for myself and the players,” Farwell head coach Erik Schunk said.
Coleman led 11-6 after the first quarter as the Eagles could get just four points by Trent Marhofer and two by Walter Mosby in the frame, though a big nine point second quarter by Mosby helped Farwell take a 28-20 lead at the half.
Farwell failed to score a point in the third quarter but the Comets could only tie the game at 28-all entering the fourth, where Dylan Brown hit a three but and the Eagles hit six free throws to help close out the 10 point win.
Mosby finished with 13 points, four rebounds and four steals, Curtis Robinson had 10 points and three steals, Marhofer had 10 points and 11 rebounds and Seth Baginski had five points.
Farwell (9-9 overall, 7-5 JPC) played at Roscommon on Thursday and plays at Clare on Saturday to wrap up the regular season. The Eagles begin post-season play on Monday in Evart.
