Getting the site ready for the big depot move

Partners, city officials, legislators, local ministers and committee members all gathered at the new site for the historic Clare Railroad Depot Wednesday morning for a site blessing and groundbreaking ceremony. The actual move of the old depot will take place Tuesday, April 15 beginning in the morning. The building will be moved about 600 feet to its new location on Fourth Street across from the City’s water tower.
