Anthony pled guilty November 19 to Controlled Substances – Operating/Maintaining Laboratory involving Methamphetamine as a habitual 3rd offender.

The Bay Area Narcotics Team initiated an investigation after reviewing Anthony’s NPLEX records which revealed he was a “high level purchases” of ephedrine/pseudoephedrine.

Based on the investigation, Anthony’s home was searched and a one-pot lab was located there with multiple components.

Anthony was given credit for 110 days served and ordered to pay $1,698 in fines, cost and court-appointed attorney fees.
