With its season already over after having lost in districts the day before, the Harrison Hornet baseball team played a Jack Pine Conference make-up doubleheader in Gladwin on Wednesday, losing 12-5 and 9-2.
Brandon Steele took the loss in game one, pitching three innings, giving up seven runs, all earned on seven hits, two strikeouts and five walks.
Cody Forster had two hits for the Hornets, with Zack Anderson, Thomas Nunnally, Massa Higa and Justice Walraven all getting one hit.
Matt Haskell took the loss, pitching five innings and giving up eight runs, three earned on eight hits, one strikeout and three walks.
Nunnally had two hits and an RBI, Jacob Patterson had a hit and an RBI and Forster and Higa had one hit each.
Harrison finishes the season 18-10 overall and 7-7 in the JPC.
