Jacqueline “Jackie” D. Bourdon-Orr, age 83 of Clare, formerly of Lake George, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2014 at her home. Jackie was born the daughter of the late Ray and Virginia N. (Reese) Wylie on October 16, 1930 in Hoisington, Kansas. She was united in marriage to William R. Bourdon Sr. on February 14, 1947 with him passing away on December 5, 1985. Following William’s passing Jackie married Frank Orr whom also predeceased her. Jackie had moved from Lansing to Lake George in 1972; she then moved from Lake George to Clare in 2010. She was a very active member of the Lake George Community Church.
Jackie is survived by her sons Thomas (Suzanne) of DeWitt and Robert (Winona) of Harrison; her daughters Vicki (John) Crawford of Manistee and Mari Kathleen (Dave) Bourdon-Keys of Fayetteville, N.C.; 15 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren. Jackie was predeceased by her son William Jr.
Services will be held on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at 2 P.M. at the Lake George Community Church with Pastor Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Lincoln Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Farwell Chapel of Stephenson-Wyman Funeral Home on Wednesday from 1-5 P.M. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lake George Community Church.
