Jude T. Fusco formally of Harrison, Michigan passed away on December 18, 2011, at the age of 76. He was the son of Marie Fanning of Harrison.
He succumbed to the rare progressive neurological disease of MSA, multiple system atrophy. Jude was a graduate of architecture from the University of Toronto and a member of Psi U fraternity. He founded the architecture firm Fusco, Shaffer, Pappas, in Southfield, Michigan which specialized in housing for the elderly and health care. Jude was a member of the MIA and AIA. He served on many boards including Guest House, Sobriety House, Saint Jude’s Home, and was a volunteer probation officer for the 48th district court in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Jude was also a friend of Bill W. for 31 years. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Ann, and daughters, Julie (Eugene) Nagle, Jana (Matt) Morgan, Kristin Fusco, and grandchildren, Jack and Grace Morgan.
