McFadden leads area athletes with state titles in 110 and 300 hurdles

Clare senior Jake McFadden state championshps in the 110 (14.71) and 300 (38.88) hurdles on Saturday, winning both events for the second year in a row at the Division three state finals at Comstock Park.

Jonathan Harper and Tanner Vida competed in the 1600 meter run, with Harper running a tiem of 4:33 and Vida running a time of 4:51. Hunter Nivison ran the 3200, running a time of 10:38.

For the Lady Pioneers, Addy Kleinhardt ran a time of 20.45 in the 100 hurdles and a time of 48.20 in the 300 hurdles to take a pair of eighth place finishes.
