Tim E. Gorman

Tim E. Gorman age 55 passed away on September 9, 2019 at his home surrounded by his loving family and friends after a long illness. Tim was born November 5, 1963 in Owosso the son of the late Edward Gorman and Dorothy Joyce Hodge (Gorman) Southward. Tim was united in marriage to his soulmate Jamie Tice Gorman on July 29, 2014. Tim was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Dorothy, stepfather Edward Southward, his siblings Ruthe Vincent and Patrick (Dugan) Gorman and a daughter Krystyna Bond. Surviving Tim, are his wife Jamie, sons Tim Jr. (Melissa) Gorman, Ryan Eberhart and his daughters Rebecca (Rob) Brewer, Wendy (Jim) Russell and Mikayla Eberhart, his step mother Norma Kimmel-Gorman, a brother Edward (Karen) Gorman, sister Elizabeth (Roy) Brown. Tim was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren all of whom delighted his life.

Tim was best known for his love of hunting, classic rock and roll (Black Sabbath), WWE wrestling, tubing down the Mighty Muskegon River, as well as his slap stick humor and his giving, generous heart. All who knew Tim also knew his love for his family and his friends. Tim cherished every moment that he was able to spend with them especially his grandchildren, who were his life and his two loving “fur babies” Piper and Mason. Tim had many “kids” who called him “Dad” and he loved them just as his own. Never a man with a bigger heart to spread his love around and for anyone who was ever in need, his door was always open.

Funeral arrangements will be entrusted to the Clare Chapel of Stephenson Wyman Funeral Home with visitation on September 12, 2019 from 2 to 4 pm and then again from 6 to 8 pm at the Funeral Home. The funeral will take place on September 13, 2019 at 1 pm with a visitation at 12 pm prior to the funeral at the Clare United Methodist Church in Clare with Pastor John Kasper officiating and burial taking place immediately afterwards.
Internment will take place in the Wise Township Cemetery in Loomis.
