Business Professionals of America (BPA) is a national organization for high school, college, and middle school students preparing for careers in business, finance and management information systems. The organization’s activities and programs complement classroom instruction by giving students practical experience through application of the skills learned at school.
Business Professionals of America acts as a cohesive agent in the nationwide networking of education and business and industry. The mission of Business Professionals of America is to contribute to the preparation of global professionals through the advancement of leadership, citizenship, academic, and technological skills. Students attending the NLC will hone these skills through interactive lectures and competitions.
There are seven members from Clare High School competing for national awards and seventeen Ambassador Torch Award recipients attending nationals to gain valuable business skills. Our chapter is very proud of this accomplishment as members work hard all year to make it to the national competition. In order to help cover the costs of the conference, the qualifying members are organizing a spaghetti dinner fundraising event.
On Saturday, April 29th from 5-7 p.m., there is a Spaghetti Dinner being held in the Clare High School Cafeteria. This is planned in conjunction with the Stage Productions musical performance, Give My Regards to Broadway at 7:30 p.m. Spaghetti, salad, breadsticks, and drinks will be served. To complete the evening, a dessert silent auction will take place while Disney song performances will be conducted by several BPA students. Please join us for this fun-filled night for only $10 per person. You can purchase tickets from a qualifying BPA student or at the door on the evening of the event.
Congratulations to Clare BPA!!
