Three arrested for Hayes break-in

Two men and one woman were arrested for illegal entry after they broke into a home on Pointview Drive in Hayes Township last Saturday night.

Deputies were called to the residence around 10 p.m. after being advised of a possible breaking and entering. The homeowner said no one was supposed to be in the residence.

When they arrived, Deputies found a 37-year-old Lake man, a 57-year-old Harrison man and a 29-year-old Harrison woman in the home.
All three were arrested and arraigned in 80th District Court Monday on Illegal Entry.

Corey Lane, 37, of Lake had a bond set at $1,000/10 percent. He remains lodged in the Clare County Jail pending charges for a parole violation.

David Lackey, 57, of Harrison had a bond set at $1,500/10 percent. He posted bond and has been released.

Amanda Demille, 29, of Harrison had a bond set at $1,000/10 percent, but remains lodged in the Jail on charges of probation violation.
