Tobin announces re-election bid

Mike Tobin is pleased to announce that he will be seeking re-election to the Lincoln Township Board of Trustees in November.  Mike is a year round resident of Lincoln Township who has been a long time member and leader in the Lake George Booster’s Club, the Lake George Property Owner’s Association, The American Legion, The Moose and The Eagles.

He has diligently served on the Lincoln Township Board for the past four years.  During that time he was instrumental in reclaiming and restoring the once abandoned Kilborn Cemetery.  He hasalso computerized the Township Cemetery records, worked on behalf of the Township Seniors both locally and at the County level, and served as Liaison on the Lincoln Township Planning Commission.

Mike has also monitored the development and maintenance of the three public parks in Lincoln Township.  Most importantly, though, he is at the Township Hall almost every day.  “I feel that it is very important for the Board Members to be available to the public” Mike says “and the best way to be available is to physically be there.  We have some challenges facing the Township in the next four years and I will continue to do my best to see that we keep our services intact and stay in line for the future.”
