Thirty years ago antique engine and tractor enthusiasts from around the area came together to share their passion and love for equipment from a bygone era. Together they formed the Twenty Lakes Antique Engine & Tractor Association Inc., one of the finest vintage engine and tractor clubs in Michigan.

From June 19-20, visitors gathered at club grounds west of Harrison to reminisce, swap, show and share the past at their 30th Annual show. For three days young and old were treated to demonstrations, kid events, old-fashioned homemade ice cream and a show featuring antique tractors, cars, engines and equipment.  While rained dampened the first couple of days Mother Nature came through with a home run Saturday with fantastic weather.

In this age of phones and computers it’s nice to step back in time when everything was big and life was simpler. If you have not been to the show make a point to visit them in 2015 or join the club today.
